Behold the journey...

Below are my journal records of the album's process. Though there are holes, most of it is there. It may seem to some of you that this is a very long time to record an album yet you must understand that at this time I had a full time job and a freelance graphic design business. Needless to say I had to search for chasms in time to complete this project. Time is somthing we never have enough of.

Summer of 1998
Zenolith disbanded and I moved to Chicago.

Nov–Dec 1998
Composed “All Glory” on Korg Trinity music workstation. 

Jan 2005
Purchased 17” powerbook G4.

Circa 2005
Began composing drum and bass tracks for the majority of my songs via GarageBand. Purchased Logic Pro toward the end of 2005.

Completed mix of “Fatherless” and began to sketch “Upside Down”.

Recorded vocals for all songs except for “Upside Down”.

Had to tune to Eb for T.D. Clark concert with a Floyd Rose tremelo. Yuk! I kept the tuning and transposed “Blame” down a half step and rerecorded guitar tracks.

There were many other parts to the process here and there which were not recorded.

Anticipated release date: December of 2006
This was pushed back due to unforeseen circumstances.

Between January of 2007 and May of the same year, “All Glory” was recorded and final mixdown and mastering of the album occurred. I had also made the executive decision to axe "Upside Down" from this album.
